By creating a DexBook account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
DexBook provides an online booking platform that enables service providers to manage appointments, bookings, and customer communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
DexBook uses third-party services to power certain features, including Google and Microsoft for authentication and calendar integration, and a third-party AI service for the AI Receptionist chat feature. When you connect these services, you authorize them under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your DexBook data with these services beyond what's needed for the integration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to violate any third-party rights. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You may not use DexBook for any illegal purpose, to spam or harass others, to collect user data without consent, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
DexBook and its content, including logos, designs, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
DexBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall DexBook be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
DexBook Pro is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below.
Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with DexBook Pro within 7 days of upgrading, contact us at hello@dexbook.app and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of DexBook after such changes constitutes acceptance.
